Bodegas Fronton de Oro is the jewel of Gran Canaria. It is a family project, the two brothers - Pedro and Antonio - work in the vineyards that their father planted in the '70s. Located in the highest places in Gran Canaria for vineyards, they are at 1200 meters high and more. The vineyards are usually above the clouds. Here the balance of the fresh air of these heights, the abundant sun, and the volcanic soils give slow maturation, volcanic minerality, and a lot of complexity to the wines.
