Germán Blanco, the same tireless and talented winemaker from Quinta Milú and La Bicicleta Voladora, makes the wines for the Casa Aurora project in Bierzo. It is a tribute to his family home, including the name Casa Aurora - a tribute to his great-grandmother, Aurora García, who is from Villa de Alabres de Bierzo Alto where the winery is located.

All their projects are based on traditional, organic and sustainable viticulture. In this case, he has recovered several old vineyards, always looking for vineyards that have a unique character that can produce wines with complexity that express their terroir.
