Sarah's Wines is an importer and distributor of Spanish wines based in Mexico City. My personal story with these wines began in 2004 in New York, where I am from and where I worked for almost 15 years for the importer Bowler Wine.

 

 

I studied viticulture and enology in California in the 90's and worked in several wineries and vineyards in Napa and San Luis Obispo. However, it was during my years working for the importer/distributor in New York that I was exposed to the variety of wines from Spain, France, Austria and Germany. I loved the old world style and the path was clear.

 

 

We believe in wines that are proud of where they are from, that are rooted in the tradition of their country - wines that express their terroir and that have no "makeup." They don't have to be organic or natural but most follow these rules. In the search, I found wines that I love as much as the people who make them and I want to share these other stories with Mexico.
