100% Volcanic Malvasia fermented in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for three months. At Bodegas Los Bermejos, they know that the quality of their wines depends on the quality of the grapes with which they are made. Because of the land laden with picón (similar to black tezontle), and the abundant sunshine, the yields here are some of the lowest in the world (between 500-1500kg/hectare) and the wines demonstrate the flavors of that magical land with citrus notes, dried grass and peach skin.
