The Bermejos Rosé Sparkling Wine is something very special. Normally these grapes are destined for the red they make, but they save some to make a small batch of sparkling Listán Negro that they mix with 10% of Malvasía to give it more fruity flavors and demonstrate the qualities of the Lanzarote terroir.

It is a Sparkling wine made by the traditional Champenoise method. It spends a year of aging on lees. Pale salmon color, with a cheerful, fine and persistent bubbling. On the nose you can see the complex amalgamation of fruity, citrus and floral notes, with those typical of aging on lees. In the mouth it is sweet, fresh, broad, with a very pleasant and long-lasting finish.

It goes perfectly with seafood, appetizers and pâtés, salads, fish and soft white meats.
