While we think that the white wines of the Bermejos demonstrate a volcanic minerality, the red wines with sometimes smoky flavors and ripe tannins, brilliantly demonstrate their terroir. This red wine, 2021 harvest, was made with traditional maceration and aged for four months in Allier-type French oak barrels. It is an excellent example of Listán Negro with aromas of red fruits, vanilla, licorice, green tobacco and hints of cocoa, it is structured and balanced.
