La Bicicleta Voladora wine is a wine that invites us to enjoy the purity of the flavors and the history of the Rioja DOCa. The vineyards have an age range between 25-55 years planted in clay-calcareous soils with high stoniness giving the wine a deep minerality. A low percentage of the region's white grape - Viura -  is mixed directly in the tank to ferment together giving the wine its acidity and floral notes. It is fermented in concrete, amphora and flextank and then aged there for eight months. It does not pass through oak, it is Rioja without makeup and without any alteration.

It has notes of strawberries, cherry, a little raspberry all wrapped in gentle and elegant tannins and a fresh and long-lasting finish.
