Made with 70% Listán Prieto, 15% Tintilla and 15% Listán Negro from areas with poorer soils (hence the name Malpaís). It is said that if these grapes were planted in the most fertile soils, the plants would produce too much and would not be able to ripen well. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged in French and American barrels for 4-6 months. An elegant cherry red color with violet. The varietal aromas stand out, with a background of red fruits, some chocolate, toffee, coffee, vanilla, fruit of its medium aging (four months) in American oak. It's a brilliant wine that you can't have just one glass of!
