100% Tempranillo harvested by hand, fermented with indigenous yeasts, aged for eight months in neutral barrels and a little amphora. Intense color with purple reflections. The aromas of violets and Mediterranean herbs complement the delicate notes of chocolate and toast from the subtle aging. Elegant palate, with fresh notes that combine with round and sweet tannins with a friendly and long-lasting finish.
