SW1013-19 Viñátigo Negramoll 2019
100% Negramoll cold macerated before fermenting. Aged for six months in French barrels. This grape is known as the "Pinot Noir" of the Canary Islands for its light and elegant tannins and its fruity notes such as cherry and blackberry.
The most delicate black grape variety from the Canary Islands, Negramoll is often compared to Pinot Noir due to its light color, delicate texture and attractive aromas. These ungrafted vines grow overlooking the ocean, just three hundred meters above sea level, before being hand-picked and aged in neutral oak barrels.
The delicacy and elegance of this wine is immediately evident; red fruits, smoky notes and very light touches of caramel and toffee. The soft tannins as well as the refreshing acidity make it an absolute pleasure to drink.
