SW1017-20 Sierra de Toloño Villabuena Raposo 2020
The vineyard where Raposo wine comes from is located in Villabuena de Alvaro and has vines between 80-100 years old. The climatic conditions of the area are perfect for making a fresh, floral wine with a crisp acidity and a mineral accent that gives us a long life in the bottle.
The vineyard is planted in a traditional way when all the varieties were planted together. It is a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano and a little Viura and other white grapes from the area. It has aromas of sage, oregano, plum and blackberries with ripe and serious acidity and tannins.
Pairing:
Slow roasted meats, serrano ham, roasted vegetables, soft cheeses.
